Advisor and STL Accounts
Instructions
Your Master Advisor account can incorporate two types of institutional accounts:
- Advisor - For Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) who manage other Advisors. Two examples:
- An Advisor who owns a Master Advisor account and oversees a Sub-Advisor at the same firm who needs full access only to their own Sub-Advsor Client accounts.
- An independent who works within a Master Advisor's account.
- Proprietary Trading Group Separate Trading Limit (STL) - For Advisors who want to run multiple trading strategies for the same client.
Either of these account types support a three level structure that incorporates client, sub and/or fund accounts.
