Open Additional Account through an Application

Instructions

Advisors may open an additional account for their clients. Follow the steps below on how to do so.

  1. Click Menu in the top left corner > Home > Pending Applications tab.

  2. Under the Action column select Open

  3. Select Modify Application at the bottom of the page.

  4. On the Application Status Page, select Open an Additional Account.

  5. Select the desired account type. Advisors will then be prompted to complete the missing portions of the new application.

    You can create one or more account applications per client and send them for the client's electronic signature in a single Docusign package. Click here for more information.
