Open Additional Account through an Application

Advisors have the ability to open an additional account for their clients through a pending application. To do so, please take the steps outlined below.

  1. Click Menu in the top left corner > Home > Pending Applications tab.

  2. Under the Action column select Open

  3. Select Modify Application at the bottom of the page.

  4. You will be prompted with the Application Status Page in which you will select Open an Additional Account.

  5. Select the account type desired for the new, linked application. Advisorswill then be prompted to complete the missing portions of the new application.

    Advisors can start one or more account applications for a client and submit the applications to the client in one DocuSign package for the client to sign electronically. Click here for more information.
