Reset Application

Instructions

Advisors and Brokers can submit a request to reset an application that was previously abandoned.

  1. If an application is abandoned, the application will no longer appear on the 'Contacts' page. View abandoned applications by selecting Filter > Status > Abandoned.

    • Only applicable pending applications

  2. Select the i information icon on the contact you want to view

  3. Select the Reset Application and confirm your option by selecting Yes.

  4. Requests are processed immediately.

    Note: Applications can only be reset if the application is less than 6 months old.
