Instructions

You can view closed inquiry tickets in the Message Center.

  1. Click the Help icon on the top right of the screen and select Support Center > Message Center.

  2. Click Archived on the left to expand it.

  3. Click Closed to view inquiry tickets that have been closed. The list of messages updates accordingly.
