Compliance Reports
Instructions
Advisors use the Compliance Reports page to view and download Form 13F (Reporting equity positions in managed portfolios of more than $100 million.) and Form 13D/G (Reporting significant acquisition and ownership positions.) compliance reports. For more information regarding Form 13F and Form 13D/G please see our knowledge base article.
To use the Compliance Reports page
- Click Performance & Reports > Advisor Reports > Compliance.
- Alternatively, click Menu in the top left corner Reporting > Advisor Reports
- Select the advisor account from the Account Selector.
- Select the blue Run arrow icon to the right of Compliance

For each report, select the date and the output format (.CSV or MS Excel), and then click Run Report.
You will be prompted to view or save the report file to your computer.
