Securities Class Action Recovery
Instructions
If you have held a security that was subject to litigation, you may be entitled to monetary compensation.
The program offers eligible clients the opportunity to receive monetary compensation if securities currently or previously held are subject to recovery as a result of filing a claim. There is no fee to participate, but recovered amounts will be assessed a 20% contingency fee.
Who is eligible?
IB LLC clients with the following account types are eligible for this service:
- Individual, Joint, or Trust Account User
- Small Business Account User
- Proprietary Trading Group Master
- Broker Master (master account only)
- Broker Client
- Advisor Clients
- Investment Manager Master
- Fund
To Subscribe

Click the User menu (head and shoulders icon in the top right corner) > Settings > Account Configuration > Securities Class Action Recovery.

Check the box, then click Continue.

Read and sign the service agreement, then click Continue.
To Unsubscribe
- Click the User menu (head and shoulders icon in the top right corner) > Settings > Account Configuration > Securities Class Action Recovery.
- Remove the check from the box, then click Yes to confirm.
