Subscribe to Market Data

1. Click Settings > Trading Platform > Market Data Subscriptions.

   

2. This screen displays you current subscriptions, your market data subscriber status (Non-Professional or Professional) and the Account ID of the billable account (where your subscriptions are being billed).

3. Click the Configure (gear) icon in the Current Subscriptions panel title bar.

   The Configure Market Data screen opens

   

4. Select the tab for the platform and region for which you want market data.

   You have the option to choose between data for the TWS platform, Alternative Display (e.g. NinjaTrader or Excel) and Non-Display (API trading applications). Under each platform, regions are available. Your selections may require additional inputs , including reviewing and signing agreements

   

5. Use the check boxes to subscribe and unsubscribe to market data.

6. CONTINUE selecting regions and subscribing to market data until you are done subscribing.

7. Click CONTINUE.

8. Review your market data subscriptions. If they are correct, click CONTINUE.

   If you want to make changes, click Back and subscribe/unsubscribe as desired.

9. If you do not participate in the Secure Login System for two-factor authentication, you will receive an email with a confirmation number. Type the confirmation number you received in the field provided, then click CONTINUE.

10. Click Ok.

    Market Data subscription updates take effect immediately under normal circumstances.

If you are classified as a Non-Professionial subscriber you have the ability to edit your questionnaire form if your personal circumstances have changed.

1. Click Settings > Trading Platform > Market Data Subscriptions.

2. In the Non Professional Questionnaire panel, click the Configure (gear) icon.

   

3. Use the Yes/No toggle buttons to update your answers to determine your subscriber status.

   

If you do not log into Trader Workstation (TWS) for 60 days, your active market data subscriptions will be terminated according to the following rules:

• If you do not log into Trader Workstation (TWS) for 60 days (counting from the last day on which you logged into TWS), your active market data and research subscriptions will be added to the market data termination list. You will be notified via email and on the Market Data Subscriptions and Research pages the next time you log into Portal.
• You can keep your market data and research subscriptions active by clicking the CONTINUE Subscriptions button on the Market Data Subscriptions and Research pages within 30 days of being notified of the pending termination (or 90 days since your last TWS login).
• If you do not click CONTINUE Subscriptions, the subscription will expire on the last day of the current month.
• If you log into TWS at any time before the subscription expires due to the termination rules listed above, the subscription will be removed from the termination list and will remain active.
