Exclusions to a Rule

Nullify certain rules in a restriction using Exclusions. If exclusions are applicable to a rule you will see the expandable Exclusions section at the bottom of the Restriction page.

Allow closing position orders - When enabled, orders that liquidate or close positions will always be allowed, regardless of applied rules.

Allow existing position symbol - When enabled, orders on symbols in which you hold a position will always be allowed, regardless of applied rules.

Exclude cash and equivalents in calculation of limits - When enabled, neither cash nor cash equivalents will be included when calculating value limits for restrictions.

Only allow checking margin impact of orders - When enabled, the restriction won't be applied to the Order Preview when checking the margin impact of orders.

Only apply this restriction if account has...- When enabled, restriction will only apply for accounts that have the specified properties.

• Residence (= equal to) (!= not equal to) selected country of residence.
