This section for customers participating in the Stock Yield Enhancement Program shows the lending activity of securities lent.
This section applies to statements after February 28, 2017.
This section appears in the Default Statement and Legacy Full Default Statement.

| Symbol | The symbol of the security lent. |
| Date | The date of the loan. |
| Description | The description of the activity. |
| Transaction ID | The transaction ID of the security's loan. |
| Quantity | The number of shares lent out. |
| Interest Rate on Customer Collateral(%) | The interest rate applied to the collateral amount. |
| Collateral Amount | The collateral amount securing the loan. |
