View Scale Progress

Instructions

You can monitor the progress of your scale orders using the Scale Progress box.

To View Scale Progress

  1. Right-click the scale order line and select View Scale Progress.

  2. The Scale Progress Box will open.

The Scale Progress Box

The Scale Progress box displays the complete scale price ladder, the Open/Filled component list for the parent scale order, and the Open/Filled component list for the child profit orders.

1 - Original scale order description to buy 1,000 @ starting price (153.42), initial component size (400) x subsequent component size (100), and scale offset (0.043) x profit offset (0.00)

2 - Profit taking orders are scaled to the subsequent component size, in this example, 100 lot components are submitted using the price +/- the offset amount, after a component fills.

3 - Currently working profit component will be highlighted in red

4 - Currently working component

5 - Initial component at starting price.
