Get Help

Instructions

The Get Help menu gives you quick access to Client Services. You can create a support ticket, select Customer Service Tools, or search a topic for quick support.

1. Click the Get Help icon on the top right of the screen and select any of the available options.

   

Use the Get Help Menu to:

• Open Ticket

• Navigate to Quick Support

• Trade Cancellation Request

• Compare FX Executions (FX Browser)

• Short Stock (SLB) Availability

• Market Data Assistant

• Pattern Day Trader (PDT) Reset

• PRIIPS Kid

• Corporate Action Manager

• IBot
