Crypto Funds Transfer

Instructions

Crypto Plus features are available to all eligible clients with individual or joint accounts, along with Institutional Investors such as Organizations and Introducing Brokers.

1. Click Transfer & Pay Transfer > Transfer Funds.

   • Alternatively, click Menu in the top left corner > Transfer & Pay > Transfer Funds.

2. If you have multiple accounts, account partitions, or a master account and manage one or more client or sub accounts, the Account Selector will open. Select the account you want to use for this transaction, or use the search function in the Account Selector to find the desired account. Click Continue to submit your account selection and close the Account Selector.

3. From the menu options select Transfer Funds.

   

4. If you have not yet enrolled in Crypto Plus select Enroll in Crypto Plus.

   

   Note: Before you can trade cyptocurrencies, you need to request "Cryptocurrencies" trading permissions; see Cryptocurrencies Permission.

5. In the Transfer funds to/from your crypto account section, select the account to which you want to transfer funds, enter the amount, and click Create Internal Transfer.

   

6. Once created, you can start another transfer, view the transaction history page, or click Finish to return to the transfer page.
